I stopped in randomly to find a gift for my wife while I was out of town. I had such a welcome feeling when I was in there shopping, they admitted right off the bat that they don’t keep much in stock and mainly buy from people but I was welcome to look. I instantly found a beautiful piece, and the price was just right! They even took and packaged it up for a great present when I got home. I can’t recommend them enough for whatever you need. I will definitely visit again if I ever come back to Folsom!

WOW! I sold some bullion here and it was a great experience. They offered a great price for what I had and I gladly accepted.
On top of that, they were very helpful, friendly, and polite.
They also had a great variety of items for sale.

I see two negative reviews here.
It would not surprise me if those reviews were written by the Mommy of the other shop guy, in the 600 block of Bidwell! (We will let that shop remain nameless)
All I had to do was listen the little man in the 600 block of Bidwell, to know, he I irked me!
“Little man” was accusatory, had no since of customer service and no humor….a dry, choking, crust of a man!

CALL ARDY!!!!
He laughed at me, with good spirt! He listened to me and answered what he could.
When I called back, his wife laughed as well! Good authentic laughs, they made me laugh!
Ardy watched out for me, talked me through the transaction, helped me understand.
But he made a mistake!
Caught it before I did….and started calling me ASAP!
He made things right! His wife is a joy!
One complaint! They made me think of food! I think, they need some appetizers!

I've purchased bullion twice from this store. Both husband and wife are very helpful. Prices both times were less than any online dealer I could find, and you don't have to hassle with mailing/insuring gold.

I'd recommend for any looking to buy gold.

Pretty decent. They offer good prices for bullion. None of them seem educated on coins. I came here and was offered 2x less than the Folsom Coins & Currency. They do have some cool slightly overpriced coins there. Bullion and gems is OK though.

I stopped by to ask if my graduation ring was of any value(I don't like wearing rings and I've had is for almost 15 years now) and although I didn't end up selling my ring I was given great advice to try and sell it at a consignment shop.

I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me but they were extremely nice and friendly. I felt like I was being treated very professionally even though I didn't end up selling my ring to him.
