My rep at this place is very unprofessional with a nasty attitude and demeanor , I have a pending claim with them from a client that caused minor damages to my work truck and it’s been over two months of conversing and my rep refuses to pay us loss of work pay for more than one day….I’ve left msgs with her supervisor 3time (NO RESPONSE) we will be contacting corporate n filling a formal complaint

They disrespect the American flag by flying it on its side when I called to point out the fact it's wrong she told me get over it. NEVER felt so insalted being a veteran. If they cant fly the flag with respect they need to be boycotted.

This insurance company is terrible. The staff is rude, no online services (what is this the Middle Ages?), they let our policy lapse and nobody contacted us. Protect your assets and choose a different insurance provider. This company does not know what it is doing.
