Geoff has been great, but Goosehead corporate dropped the ball a bit. Called in, discussed a potential claim, agent mentioned he'd call me back on Monday. Never called back.

Goosehead then called my wife to discuss the potential claim and set up a time to call me at a later time. The crazy thing was... it wasn't a call to me... it was a time to drop me in the queue for claims! I sat there for a minute while on hold then I hung up.

I feel confident I can call my agent directly for anything but I was let down by Goosehead corporate with the only time I've worked with them.

I have a hard time getting ahold of my agent. I send emails to ask questions and I'm not sure I've ever recieved a response. I call and get passed around, so it's not like I actually talk to my agent. It's frustrating but I'm in CA so I'm limited by the California Fore insurance plan.

I've never spoken to this guy. He inherented my account and has only spoken to me once when I had to ask why my rates went up. Didn't have an answer and gave me the phone number to contact the insurance company directly. The previous guy actively worked with me to get me good rates and checked in with me occasionally. I can't recommend this guy because I really have no idea who he is. Since my last interaction, I just use the chat box on the main website and they're super helpful.

Edit: They replied to this review and absolutely haven't bothered to reach out to me in any way shape or form. So, I'm removing the second star because they lied to me and I don't appreciate being lied to.
