Been going here a long time and this 2 years ago what a mess. Had to file amended tax return 2 years in a row did not take responsibility. I had to deal with tax questions with no help at all from them . Just got another IRS notice that we owe 150.00 bucks because our 2019 taxes were not filed hnmmnmm and how much do we pay for this business. Sally is very condescending also !!! Why do you think we have someone do our taxes. Never again

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment here and was told I did not have one but they could get me at 4pm waited until 445 and I went to leave and they chased me down at my car. Betty helped with my taxes and she was great and nice but the women in the front scolded me on the phone. She admitted scolding me. “You didn’t have an appointment” with a finger in my face!! If you make a mistake you make a mistake. Things happen which is why I waited fine. But I didn’t expect when I called that I would be scolded and be told she refrained from passing information on that would complete my return. So refrained me of my taxes another day. When I was brought back in I was happy they told me to be a new set of the family and all these things but today. That women is so rude. She ruins the entire business. Even when I left the first day I was so happy with Betty and everything and I was so happy I did come back inside. But I am unsure of why someone would pull me back inside. Just for them to treat me so bad. Not even them more like her. The one who makes the appointments because she knows she didn’t have one for me. Well you are an older women I wonder if you had forgotten. Who knows. 0/10 expirence. So if u go here just know they will purposely not complete your things if she is upset in any way. Very very very very rude and horrible. What a nasty attitude front office women.

I’m writing a review about my experience from filing last year because I’ve come to the point of wanting to schedule for this year but I cannot get past the issues I went through from last year and need to move on to someplace else.
In a nutshell- Myself and many family members and extended family members have use their services for YEARS but I’ve slowly heard from even some of them their issues they’ve had.
My bad experience centers around my son being claimed as a dependent when he should not have been. I switch every other year with his mother- so while I was in their office and they were using my previous years filing as their guide I expressed over and over that my son needed to be removed (his mothers year to claim him)
My appointment started late because the person doing them arrived late and it was very rushed- at the end she said how much I was getting back and gave me the last page to sign. We never went through line by line (looking back I wish I had said I wanted to and should have- I trusted they were done correctly)
My taxes were filed and I left.
A week later I was asked by my son’s mom if I claimed my son because her tax prepare said his SS# had been claimed already- I said of course not it was her year. However- turns out I had- even though I expressed multiple times he was not to be claimed.
I called them and they expressed over and over their apologies and they made a mistake- however when my sons mom called them to find out what could be done- they told her they were not at fault and Dan signed off on it.
You can imagine the conflict this then caused.
The only option was to then file an amendment- wait until the IRS paid me- send them back the 2k child credit amount and my sons mom then had to file an amendment to her filing and it took 4-5 months later for her to finally receive her credit.
They made the mistake and admitted it to me- but put the blame on me when talking to my son’s mom playing both sides and for that reason I need to move on.
My trust was lost.

Matt has been doing my taxes for 10+ years. He’s always quick to respond with tax questions and gives straight answers. 6 years ago I moved about 3 hours from the area and I still make the drive to have him look out for my best interest. Highly recommend.

I have been using Greenblatt for nearly 20 years, as well as 8 of my family and friends who have gradually stopped going there due to Sally's rude and nasty demeanor. I refuse to return because of it. I was the last to stick around and deal with it, but no more. Don't waste your money on someone that will ultimately treat you like garbage. It's not just to me. She's been that way to my family and friends too. It's WHO she is! I finally told her good riddance. I gave one star so that this will post, and that is the only reason. I feel bad for Matt.
