Tom couldn't help me get a cheap car insurance quote, claiming the "whole industry" is up. Did 10 minutes of looking around and found something 400 dollars cheaper than anything tom could. I left a bad review. Tom Stalked my Google reviews, found the first lifestyle choice he disagreed with, (ears pierced), blamed me for not following up (I left a bad review cause the whole industry was NOT up, it would have been fine if I couldn't find a cheaper quote), then harassed me over text and on the phone to take down my review, belittling and calling names such as "keyboard warrior" and telling me to grow up, and saying I'm just whining over the Internet. The circumstance was my father initially helped me at 19 to set up my own insurance, (I set it up, he just gave me the contact), and Tom thinks this is okay to bring up to belittle me further. He also gets his wife involved who is a coworker of my father to try to ask my dad to tell me to take it down. It's absolutely absurd that I'm having to involve my father who is on vacation about a bad review. Not only will you not save any money here, but if you don't like the business the owner will stalk, harass, and insult you.
