We have been with Allstate for 17 years and were making a few changes to our auto! To our disappointed there was some office mix-up communication with us and timeline payments. We’ve paid Aprox the same dates time every month. It’s amazing how they are not taking responsibility with any office issues and our insurance was cancelled. In addition I specifically ask to speak to Greg and instead of him calling us after all these years he had someone else send an email. Amazing how much you pay for insurance and the owner can’t call you!!! Go somewhere else….for your insurance needs!

He never answers his phone ! My bill has gone tremendously my bill was due at the end of the month. I had to wait to pay them to my payday which was in the grace period and I got phone calls every month. Tell me I was late which I wasn’t and I had to talk very not nice to the person who is harassing me every month, my other agent didn’t do that ever !! since He’s took over the Moses lake Allstate ..i’ve been with you guys for a very, very, very long time. I will be looking for another agent.

Allstate has been nothing but helpful to me. They are always professional, helpful and quick to complete the task. I have had to switch my coverage amounts multiple times and they have been so great each time to help me make the switches. 5 stars!!!

I had a minimal incident while on vacation and Allstate tried to bully me into totaling my vehicle. When they say you are in good hands that is an outright Lie. Ive been with them 31 years and I was treated like a bum on the street !
And they send you multiple surveys before doing anything on your behalf. There is no customer service when you are in need, but they sure don't hesitate to take your money!

Absolutely abysmal. Had to split car insurance from my ex-husband (took 2 days to get ahold of anybody), and got hit with a surprise more than TRIPLED rate, and extra charges which the agent Traci could not explain due to the paperwork being kept in such extreme disorder that she couldn't even tell me what dates the last payment made covered. Not only is this agency in absolute organizational shambles, but also Traci exhibited jaw-dropping levels of unprofessionalism including dropping the R-slur over the phone. I emailed back and forth and spoke repeatedly on the phone with her trying to get everything figured out for what should have been an extremely simple process. I switched to another insurance provider which required 1 phone call and got a rate half what Allstate wanted. In fact, while this review is for the one agency, my entire family has dropped Allstate over the last few years for their increasingly awful service and rates. The moral of this story is Allstate has GOT to change their slogan. You're in bad hands.
