Grimbleby Coleman bought Ristau CPA firm. My account transferred to new ownership. Email my accountant info for taxes. No response. Call to ask if she recieved email, answer was no and let me check spam folder and I'll call back. Never called back. I call multiple times and leave message. No call back. Call to speak with accountant boss to have my records given back to me. Receptionists says someone will call me back. That was 4 days ago. Still no call back. Horrible customer service. Wish I had gone elsewhere after purchase.

Came to this location and had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. An employee named Jennifer who was one of two working the front desk was so unbelievably rude and dismissive. First she INSISTS they do not offer the service I was there to get done (have my check signed) and does not even try to offer alternative solutions or deign herself to look at my check. I suspect she didn’t know it could be done and she made no attempts to investigate or ask anyone further. She huffed all around the office making calls after I told her my employer sent me to get it signed at this location. She had an irritated attitude the entire time until it was finally confirmed by someone else that it WAS possible to get my check signed they just didn’t have anyone in the office who could do it at that time. She was extremely unhelpful and ended up being wrong about what services this location offers. Why work in customer service if your attitude is so hostile and you offer incorrect information? I hope anyone trying to get services from here avoids her at all costs.

Beware of choosing this firm, there is no professional decorum here and they will drop you in a hot second. 14 years with the firm and Ryan dropped our firm because, get this, he wanted a better life. Dumped
