One of the worst insurance companies to deal with. After paying thousands of dollars for more a second consecutive year they decide to only cover 10% of hospital bill. If you want to ensure your loss, i highly recommend them!

The worst insurrance in the middle east so far …i came to bellevue hospital as i was jot feeing well … ID( 41989) then after they let me in and the doctor checked …the cashier told me m sorry the insurrance will not cover anything even the doctor check up and the emergency room and you gave to pay 60 $ …i called the insurrance then suddenly they reapproved the case ….is it GMI or bellevue hospital i did not get it why am i having an insurrance tho ?super unprofessional both of u

I wish there is a 0 star to put. This is the worst experience I have had with insurance. You do not respect your customers, it is really a shame. I can elaborate and what you have done and the way you have done it, but I will not. I hope you can be more professional and respectful, and work with your customers correctly.
