HORRIBLE. Choose literally anyone else. I was guaranteed that I could cancel a few days before the end of the month to prevent being charged for the next month, so I did as I was told — cancelled a few days before the end of the month. Lo and behold, I received a letter in the mail saying I owe nearly $500. For what? Another reviewer had a similar experience with a mysterious cancellation fee that NO ONE warns you about and that seems to be a random amount each time. If you don’t want to be another person they lie to and try to milk money out of, choose any other insurance company, just not them.

It's funny that the first 3 reviews are negative experiences about people getting charged fees out of nowhere. If you are at a dealership do NOT do business with these people, he'll tell you it'll be one price but it ends up being $75-100 more. Choose anyone else but them

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE!

First of all their price is outrageous, 3x~4x more than what you would pay for other insurance companies. On top of that, they charged us $110 fee for starting the insurance on the same day. After a month, we decided to cancel our insurance here and they sent us a mail asking us to pay $55 due? for what? I assume the cancellation fee, which we weren’t even informed when talking to them on the phone requesting them to cancel!

Overall, extremely bad experience! Fees on top of fees, no clear communication, we feel scammed!

Was with insurance for 20 years. did not want to renew policy through them. they cancelled my policy 1 day early which would of left me no coverage for 24 hours. was told not to drive or get a 1 day policy at a cost. what a joke. Your dad would be very disappointed.

The agent that spoke with me, whose name was never given to me was very rude. I had bought my car at car max so I had no insurance going into my purchase and was left of the only option of going through a company they dealt with, which is gutierrez insurance. As I said the agent totally rushed through the process being very inpatient and rude when he needed my information, charged my account for payment when he said he wasn't, gave me a rate $70 more then I got quoted after the fact. I called and canceled 3 days after I had signed through them and found a much better rate for the same coverage. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone.
