I’ve been with Haberman Insurance for 4 years. They where the only Insurance that didn’t turned me down, I was denied services in a couple of car insurances 4 years ago and since I tried here I love everyone especially Carolyn she always finds the best deals for me every year. If you haven’t try them you should! Everyone here is so friendly and fast service.

We have been with the Haberman Ins Group for over 40 years. We have had them for personal use and for my business in Holyoke. My daughter uses them and son when he lived in Boston used them. As a Ct resident, I believe I could save money by using a Ct agency, but the money savings is not worth it.We can't put a price on the service we receive from the ladies in the office. They respond so quickly to our questions and never fail to help us out. We know they always shop for the best prices for our advantage. When we were in Canada, I forgot to bring a copy of our car insurance card. I called the office and they emailed to my phone a copy for Canada use. We will never leave them. The best compliments to: Mary Jane,Sandy,Gail,Ed and everyone else whose name I have forgotten.

Absolutely horrendous company now. It was once a great place to get your insurance needs met and communication about all things going on with your account. Now it's a shell of it's former self.

Receptionist could careless, didn't ask me what I needed help with and gave short answers. I didn't feel welcome. They can do better with customer service.
