Excellent customer service. I worked with Lorraine Kinsey on a tricky issue and she was great. Very professional. She never left me hanging, answered emails and returned phone call quickly. In just a couple of days she had the whole issue resolved. Very happy with her work. Highly recommended.

Excellent company and very professional staff. Needed certificates amend to show liability in Maryland and were able to get it to us by the end of the call. All staff has been very polite and show that every client is a top priority.

Cancelled my policy after 1 year simply because I work on emergency vehicles in California. Not one claim in the time I was their insured. **UPDATE** I never said ambulance nor vehicle insurance. I BUSINESS services emergency vehicles.
