Comfy and clean rooms along with a good breakfast to start the day. Fitness center is lacking but they do offer a complimentary visit at a local gym. I would stay here again if in the area.

Nasty, dirty hotel. This hotel is way past its prime and is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand. My room was filthy, with broken tiles, rodent droppings and mold in the shower. In addition, this room was an upgrade with a spa tub that had track lighting above it with a bulb hanging out. To be fair, I told the desk when I left and showed pictures and they offered an adjustment, but nothing has been sent or shown since. There are plenty of other hotels around where you would not have to pay money for dirt.

Went downstairs to get a toothbrush bc I forgot mine. It was 11:30pm. Walked up to the front desk to find some chocolate chip cookies, I take one. Hotel manager was chatting to another colleague and apologized profusely to me( I was there for a total of 3 seconds). Manager proceeds to ask me if I'd like some water. Yes, of course I would. Goes on to ask me "cold, or room temperature?" You're not getting that level of attentiveness at the Wilcox, let alone the Hilton garden down the road. 30 second exchange led to a 5 star review, Hampton inn playing 4d chess

TERRIBLE- don’t stay here there are many other choices in town - that fill up quickly. We arrived late( after 11pm). Our first clue should have been that the reception was not clean with garage flowing out of the cans. our first room had rotten food in the garbage which made the room smell. The guy at the front desk said they only had one room left which we said we would take. On first inspection the room looked fine we started to wipe it down. When we noticed we had room mates ( roaches) when I called downs stairs to the front desk the receptionist said “I’m not surprised”. We spent the next 90 mins driving around Aiken trying to find a hotel room. They said they reversed the charges on my CC

Very friendly front desk staff and our housekeeper was a sweetheart. Coffee in the lobby was room temperature early in the morning as well as throughout the day. This was a huge disappointment since I drank coffee all day.

I think the hotel is being used by people being displaced due to the hurricane. The guests that I saw seemed to be long term residents and not there for business nor travel so the feeling that I got was a cheap apartment complex. I was woken up two of the three nights at 3:00 by a couple fighting and being very loud.

I wish I can leave a 0 for a star,Let me start off by saying I checked in Sunday My check out is Thursday,Once I arrived I wasn't pleased by the look of my room,it smelled like smoke and I had a few roaches,but I sucked it up didn't complain,Monday came and I had to work,so I sent my 11 year old son to get the things we needed and he got instructed that the housekeeper "Katrina" will take care of the items we needed. She "Katrina" came in the room and told my son "Oh yall got dogs and a cat" and left out,so he called me and said "Mommy the lady "Katrina" didn't give him the things we needed,so I said "Ok". I came to the hotel and I went to front desk and I stated the things we needed and all I heard from the staff is that " You got a dog and a cat" " Don't let your son go down stairs" "Don't let him keep opening up the doors" Now mind u me and my son communicating,so I'm telling him what I need him to do while I was at work! 'Back to the story' Katrina the housekeeper and I went back to the 3rd floor and I told her again the things I needed like sheets, comforter, and towels etc she told me " The stain on the comforter wasn't that bad" basically telling me just to deal with it and I told her " I don't want it my daughter could have peed on the blanket" So she gave me sheets and towels no comforter! Katrina didn't even come in my room to try to make the beds or take the trash,so when I got off I made the bed and swept the floor since she didn't do either! Tuesday came and nobody came to my room yet and the time was 2:00pm,so I went to the front desk and stated the fact that I would like my room cleaned since I haven't had it cleaned since Sunday,I took my own trash,swept and wiped down just so she won't have to much to do I even took my dogs with me and "NEVER HAD A CAT" so nobody was in the room and when I got back to the room which was around 6 nothing was done!! Towels,Rags,Trash still on the floor! Now I'm mad because I was dealing with to much and being nice and patient and I still got treated like "Trash" I called front desk and spoke with Angel and she had to bring me everything I needed and she was disappointed herself also! I asked her if I did or said anything to "Katrina" to make her not want to give me service and she said "No it was a lot of drama going on that day,but that doesn't excuse her from doing her job"! My check out was Thursday but I'm checking out Wednesday! Katrina your customer service, professionalism and work ethics is horrible and I would never stay here again! I'm going to try to load pics of my stacked up laundry and dirty floor! It wasn't any trash because I took it out on my way out! Update: I checked out Tuesday night at 9pm
