Please read all of the other negative reviews. I normally don't give negative reviews; however, my roofer found many problems with my roof. Extensive hail damage and wind damage. The inspector stated no wind or hail damage expect for minor hail damage to the turbines. The Allstate Adjuster called and gave me the report and I was flabbergasted. I had pictures from my roofer of all the damage and stated someone is trying to get out of paying on this claim. The insurance company then asked for a follow-up with my roofer. Hopefully, this will be settled with a pay-out in a day or so. If you have Allstate and they schedule this company in Arkansas, I will highly recommend you have your roofer present when they inspect, mine wasn't able to be there, but it definitely would help.

I tell ya what, Steven Barnes really made my day. He walked every single building with me, no complaints. Hauled out a two-story ladder, chalked up those aluminum windows, measured ’em all out—none of that halfass nonsense. Even got on the horn with the adjuster ahead of time to request an ITEL, instead of the usual "not my problem" shrug I get when I mention the siding's discontinued. And get this—he even called the adjuster right then and there to get a tarp approved for the roof damage.

Hancock’s usually bottom of the dismissive tool. ’Bout

Took over 2 months to get an inspection after I filed a claim. I was rescheduled five times. First car issues, second and third, weather, fourth, weather on a sunny day which was rescheduled for a day that forecasted bad weather, fifth, she was sick. The office didn’t even know who my adjuster and she complained about her office, while sending me laughing emojis, that’s cool I guess. Finally sent an out of state guy to take 5 minutes on interior and exterior to say a bunch of crap just to get on to the next “ inspection”.
Very unprofessional and just a terrible company. Thanks All State, not so much in good hands.

Had a windstorm at my house recently, it pulled my roof loose from the wood on a corner of my house and started to leak on the other side of the house. This guy Joshua came to inspect the house and proceeded to tell me the roof was leaking from a pipe boot. Keep in mind it’s two separate spots that are atleast 6 feet away from this pipe boot. I did not get any leaks til this storm came. These photos are what I took the morning after the storm, do you see a pipe boot here? No. I showed him these pictures and he just shrugged it off like regardless it didn’t matter. He also didn’t even lift the corner of the house where the roof got pulled up. I wouldn’t recommend this company

Really pleased with the respect, professionalism and expediency of Jeremy Chavez, as he inspected my roof in Claremont, CA, today. Wiped his shoes coming in, clearly and articulately outlined the process, worked swiftly and efficiently and laid out next steps. It's not easy walking on roofs. He did it with skillful aplomb. : ). Promote this gentleman!

Really impressed by Stephen Burns out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. I've been a contractor here for decades and always had difficulty with adjusters ignoring siding and downplaying roof damages. He walked the building with me and helped me document item by item, even spotted things we had missed and helped teach me things about the process I hadn't considered in the past. He marked the roof almost twice as much as ive ever seen and he actually looked at my photos and helped me by uploading them into his report for me. I can count on 2 hands the number of adjusters that have bothered to take my photos into consideration in the past but he was excited to add them and help the homeowner and myself. What a breath of fresh air having someone who actually puts in effort!

The worst company ever how do they stay in business? I told my Allstate agent if they ever send my claim to them again I will cancel my policies. We were told on a Thursday they would be there Tuesday and they never showed up. They were rescheduled and never showed up again. The 3rd time our appointment time was 8 to 11 window at 3pm a so called adjuster who spoke broken English called and said he was enroute to inspect a roof in the pouring rain. We were no longer home and finally Allstate just accepted our contractor's estimate

Brian is very unprofessional. Late to his appointment by an hour, got upset and shouted over the phone when we called to see if maybe we got the appointment time wrong. Brian acted he was on something he kept laughing after every little thing we said. Could not show us his credentials, not even a business card. His “work” truck is unmarked. We let Allstate know since Esthetic roofing is the one who came to us, and they seem to be all connected with all very bad reviews. Stay away.
