Have been in this apartments for over 4 years and one of the reasons we love it here is because the maintenance team. They are quick to respond and finish the job on time, but Crecensio is the best. He’s always so friendly with a smile on his face, professional and respectful he’s always there to help. Seems like he really enjoys what he does mad props to him.

I've had a great experience at this apartment complex so far. I love my neighbors, I love how big my backyard is and I don't feel like it's an overpriced unit which considering the state of apartment market values in Orange county is really saying something.

I also had a somewhat complicated issue that I was able to get resolved as quickly as possible with the help of the representatives Kayleb and Dylan. Thank you Harbor at Mesa Verde for providing a great place to live. If you're looking for a place to live I 100% recommend checking this property out.

Kali made sure our move in process went very smoothly so my family and I can focus on our move without any complications. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are complaints about communication and staff. Maybe it’s just user error 🤷‍♂️

I just moved into this apartment complex this morning right from the get-go very unpleasant move-in. I had to wait an extra two hours just for the key code to get into the apartment while my movers were ready. No one gave me any information as to what the Wi-Fi password would be or where to park my vehicle. I went to the grocery store to get some food for my new apartment And parked right in front of the apartment to bring the Groceries upstairs. After I brought them upstairs, I went back down there and realized the person who I parked in their spot is parked an inch behind me Office and everyone I could the only person that Answers is an AI robot I later than got a text message saying if I could go downstairs and take a picture of the guys license plate. I replied I do not feel comfortable taking a picture of some random persons car. I went downstairs to throw away some trash and my car was towed. I called them and now they said I owe $510 horrible experience the apartment complex better pay for this tow or I will see them in court. I have asked them numerous times for the parking spot And he could not just text me a parking spot.

Just really bad. This was my first apartment to myself and I was disappointed my first day by the realization that I could hear the neighbors having a conversation inside their home while I was sitting on my bed, or while I was in the kitchen I could hear people on the other side of the wall and clearly hear their diner conversations. Also I had neighbors that all had multiple dogs and they dogs barking echos Literally so loud it sounds like the dog is in your apartment, sets off all the other dogs to bark and happens all day and all night long. Additionally I had awful neighbors that would scream and have physical fights where the police would come and this would wake me up at 2 am or 6 am or mid day, didn’t matter. Then new people moved in and it was the same thing I couldn’t believe it.
Worst of all are the charges, I just moved out. I never hung up any pictures, was charged $220 for full repainting. Asked for pictures, got pictures of blank walls with no damage, still won’t remove charge. Was charged 100$ for the carpet, asked for proof, was sent a picture of the rug ripped out and flipped upside down showing water mark’s Underneath the carpet.. I didn’t get to inspect that when I moved in. Won’t remove charge. Noted at my move in date that the tub was damaged. Sent images and paperwork showing damage at the date I moved in. Was charged for the damages to the tub at move out. I sent back the paperwork and images. Still won’t remove the charge.
I could not recommend anything about this place. Believe everything you read. My place swarmed with termites, was told someone would come out for just an initial inspection to see if pest control was needed and that it would be 1 week until this initial inspection would take place and then pest services would happen once a month. My house was swarming with termites flying out of the wall air unit. Asked what I could do for the month while I wait, was told I can “sprinkle cinnamon as pests don’t like the aroma”. A week after spending so much time cleaning bugs off of myself and my couch and my rug and literally everything all day long cuz they didn’t stop coming. A week later the inspection came up with nothing never heard another word back from them. Delt with it myself. Just sad. If you move here take a Bunch of pictures of Everything when you move in and be prepared to take a Long time fighting charges with people replying with 1 sentence responses.

Mr. Cresencio is one of the most warm-hearted, caring, and helpful person I have met at any apartment complex. He is a dedicated worker who consistently prioritizes others and does stupendous work. If you ever see him, be sure to acknowledge how valuable he is to our community.

Shared I was worried about porch pirates in the Costa Mesa area when touring facilities. Caroline talked through property options for me and informed me of this place because of the parchment lockers they had on site. I thought that was an awesome option and appreciated the guidance in picking a place.
