If I can give neg rating I would. This insurance doesn’t have much options for specialists for autism. They did not pay for my son’s speech therapy since 11/2023, almost 1 yr. They keep denying to pay all the claims even though a referral was submitted, and authorizations were approved. Each agent tells you different answers and just caused my son to be discharged. The last agent I spoke with, said my case is very easy, but unfortunately, no one resubmitted the claims correctly. This happened not once but I can’t even count, until this issue has not been resolved for almost 1 yr. How I got involved, the provider’s billing dept. gave up, and told my son will be discharged for no claims has been paid. They told me they had the same issue with HN before. Another speech therapy provider told me HN is the hardest health insurance to deal with. Please don’t get this insurance, I developed anxiety because of their mistakes, I spent a lot of time over the phone with them frustrated because no one resolves the issue. Most of all HN caused my son’s treatment to be delayed.

I've been covered by health net medical insurance for many years I stick with them because I can get free Lyft / Uber rides to and from my medical appointments, also 0 copay yeah heathnet really does good for their clients/us the only thing I don't like is Emanuel hospital in Turlock CA does not except health net I have to travel to Modesto 16 miles away to see the emergency room all free rides must be scheduled 3-5 business days in advance let's hope I don't get sick and need to quickly go to the hospital because I'll be asking for a ride . Another thing the picture showing this is heath net is wrong don't follow the picture map for directions to health net provider because the picture is of traffic court not health net ok 🙂👍

I spoke to a guy was so rude calling me name unprofessional period and hang up on me twice choose not to pass me over to a supervisor I was being verbal abuse by this company don’t recommending this company at all time talk 11.26 pm today no should be treated like this bad service Becker, after he hang up on me no caller I’d call back 10 time I didn’t answer I do think it was him was not done with me ,photo copy on my phone right after hang up on me
