This place is incredible, the staff treats you with respect no matter your situation. They are not uptight and scoffy like other jewelry stores. The genuinely care and will work with you whether you are getting married, buying your first Rolex, or you just want to shop. Recommend David & Rick they have a very deep level of experience and understanding in this world. We will be back.

Danielle and the crew at the Helzberg Diamond Outlet made me feel apart of the family. All my needs were met and ample time was spent to make sure I got the perfect ring for me and my future husband got his perfect chain necklaces.

Jim, the store manager, has been amazing. After losing one of my earrings, I called the store afraid. Jim calmed me down, provided me with a solution, and showed me compassion. Luckily, I found my earring the next day 😅 Thank you Jim for your kindness, compassion, and AMAZING customer service.

Initially the staff was very nice, we had talked with a few different employees over a couple months. But after we bought our rings when we go for cleanings we get a weird attitude from the staff. Like "oh you are just here for a cleaning..." with looks like "you suck you aren't going to get me any commission from a cleaning". They also are very rude "A cleaning?!!!? FOR WHAT" umm this diamond ring on my wife's hand Really unprofessional after the sale.

Also the other issue I have is that they tell you to check the credit offerings, which we did. We could have bought it outright, but what is the downside on a 12 month no interest loan if you pay it off within 12 months? Yes this is partly my fault, but their creditor will set your payments to be so that you DON'T pay it off in 12 months, you suddenly get an email saying "You will owe interest from the purchase date if you dont pay your balance by the end of the month!" Total scam! I should have done the math yes, but I figured they would set it so you paid it off by the end of the 12 months, but NOPE! You will end up still owing thousands by the time the 12 months comes up if you only do the recommended payments. Luckily I can afford to just pay the thousands owed, but a lot of people might not be able to, and then you just got another $1000 in interest calculated from the start of your purchase.

SCUM BUSINESS!!!! DON'T BUY INTO THEIR NICENESS! DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY! AS SOON AS YOU BUY YOUR RING(S) YOU ARE THEN GARBAGE TO THEM!

Staff here is amazing. I was on a tight budget and Jim and other associates really worked with me and helped me. Even though my selection was limited, they made me feel welcomed and did not hesitate to show me what they have to offer even after they knew my budget.
The store was clean, well put together and I will be back in the future!

I bought a ring from here almost 4 months ago and finally picked it up today. There were a number of issues that occurred (hence four stars) but thanks to Jim in store who kept me updated, was always pleasant and kind when I called and got my ring special ordered as my fingers are pretty small! Thank you Jim for all your assistance in this process, I love the resulting piece of jewelry 😊
