I highly recommend Higginbotham & Associates Insurance Co. My husband and I have had them as our agents for over 20 years, Any claims we have ever made, they always helped us with compassion and professionalism. They make sure we are well taken care of. This year, when it was time to renew our homeowners policy, I called to ask a few questions, I spoke with Brittney Higginbotham and she answered all my questions and also helped me with extending the coverage of depreciation on our roof because of its age . She worked with me to keep the premium around the same. Just recently we had a roofing company stop by to give us a free estimate to see if we had any damage. The inspection showed we did have damage and because of Brittney's advice, we were saved over $6600.00 in the depreciation cost and our insurance policy covered the total cost of the roof. They are great agents and really look out for you with all your insurance needs!!!
