Horrible company. when I need something done they say the other side needs to do it.. I call the other side and then they say higgenbotham has to do it and it’s been 3 hours of constant back and forth with nothing getting done

Recently I had to find commercial insurance quickly and was fortunate to engage with Alex Torres and Lily Easterling,
at Higginbotham Insurance in San Antonio, TX.

Previously I had one insurance provider with a combined policy for both, House of Tutors Inc, a real estate holding company, and HOFT Institute a learning center, a lessee of House of Tutors Inc, both located in Austin, TX.

Alex and Lily both took the initiative immediately to find two new insurance companies one for the property and the other for general liability. Alex and Lily creatively found a solution to overcome the challenges to divide one insurance policy into two separate policies.

They worked very diligently to identify two separate companies, negotiated the policy provisions, and explained them to our team during the process of negotiation keeping us fully informed at all times going above and beyond to stay in touch including the weekends. Alex and Lily integrated with our team to provide seamless services. Alex even drove to Austin from San Antonio to meet our team and tour the facility.

Both Alex and Lily were very professional and demonstrated care and concern throughout the process. Because of their efforts, we decided to get our home as well as auto insurance through them, and Higginbotham.
