I have been working with Jessy reworking 2 homeowner's policies. She has been super through the entire experience. She couldn't be nicer and so easy to work with. What I appreciate most is that if there's something she doesn't know completely, she's says so and then looks for the answer. When I was looking for a new, local agent, I wanted an agent who would be personable, keep in touch with me, & be available when I needed them. After reviewing Holly Thomason's previous reviews online, I decided to go to the office to meet her & her team. After a long chat, I decided to give them a try. It's been a few months since I've switched to her office, & so far, I am very pleased. Her office has not only called me, but has text & emailed me about important information about my policies with them. After reviewing my policies, they also found ways to help me save money on their own without me even asking! Now that's a Good Neighbor! I just visited her office again yesterday & they offered me the cutest pens ever that look like little businessmen with colorful, fuzzy hair - and ever offered me one to bring home to my 6 year old daughter (which she adored)! I highly recommend Holly Thomason & her team as they truly are like a family environment and will help you "like a good neighbor."
