Sam and his company are simply outstanding! I was stunned at how much of a personalized experience this has been. I had initially thought that for their lowest flat rate MLS listing price, that I would just be plugged into some nameless, faceless system, and get very little support, if any. I was so wrong! Sam provided his personal cell phone number from the start, and has returned all of my texts, and calls within minutes! He has a warm and cheerful, personality, and makes you feel like you are a VIP client...seriously! I will text him, asking him to add more photos to my listing, and he always texts back..."On it!" Then in minutes, the new photos are showing on the listing. I have asked him to lower the price, several times, and it's always, "I'm on it!" and again, within minutes he sends me a screenshot with the amended price! I just can't say enough about Sam, and his personal care, concern that he has for his clients, and the service he provides! I can assure you that you will be very happy you decided to list your home with him!
