We had two closings with Farm Credit. Ryan C. helped us get lending on land to build our home and then about 6 months later Ruth B. helped us with the one time close, construction lending. Great team, very helpful and patient!

Ryan was very rude and condescending. He hung up on me once I asked him about the USDA. I called back thinking it was an issue with the phone and he hung up again. Wow!

Ryan Clouse is the *perfect* loan officer — he's patient, attentive, and really cares about finding a solution that works. I can't recommend him highly enough. This is my first experience with Farm Credit, but it won't be my last.
