I replied to a flyer that he sent me and it was the best decision I made. I thought I had my Medicare all set up with the best plans and at the time he called me I was dealing with some other things and he was very understanding and set up an appointment for the following week. When he called me back at first I was not going to deal with him but some thing said give him a chance, best decision I made, he found me big discounts in two plans, he took the time to talk to me, he made me feel comfortable with him and not rush me through anything and took the time to find out if I was a AARP member and found me discounts with my AARP membership, none of the other brokers that I talked with took the time to even ask about that, he was the only one because he said he takes the time to find his clients the best plans and I believe him because he found me the best plans and saved me a lot of money. Thank you Bill Horton and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good broker that will go that extra mile for them.

What a life saver Bill has been in regard to our process with enrolling in a Medicare Supplement Program.

The portal for Optum Rx is user friendly and when we were stuck we called and the patient advocate assisted and made our ever tiring quest easy. We hung up knowing we had been helped and that our dilemma had been resolved.
