Terrible Experience with HT Agency Inc. and Alex Abraham!

I had an awful experience with HT Agency Inc. and Alex Abraham at Allstate Insurance. They were completely unprofessional and unethical in handling my car insurance. Due to their incompetence, my insurance policy lapsed without my knowledge, putting me at risk. When I reached out to address the issue, they took no accountability for their mistake. Instead of offering a solution, they tried to sell me a new policy at a significantly higher price!

This level of irresponsibility and blatant disregard for their customers' needs is unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I strongly advise against trusting this agency with your insurance needs.

I called your office spoke to Alex and made my payment, I have the screenshots as proof from the Allstate app you're a liar.

You mentioned me moving well I sat on the phone with Alex for thirty minutes while he wrote a renters insurance policy for me. He never mentioned there was any issue with our auto insurance that's how incompetent he is.

You guys aren't qualified to sell Girl Scout cookies much less insurance. Your agency is unethical and your license should be taken.

Let's be clear I never asked you for help, I told you to fix your mistake! You provided misinformation and never followed up like you said you would.

Recently had a request regarding a change in our policy, but we weren't sure if it was best fit for us. HT was quick to respond, was able to offer insight to what we were looking to do, and was kind enough to offer options for our consideration.

After a week of follow-up questions on our part, he was quick to deliver the final request and get paperwork to us to process. The entire thing was as pleasurable as it could be and the end result is we got a fast resolution to our request and more informed along the way.
