I wish there was a way to go lower.
I was involved in a hit and run now National General is not paying for my repairs. I called multiple times and a month later I was told that I would not be able to have my car fixed. This place is a scam, I had paid insurance to this same company for over 10 years and the are denying me. I hope that one day someone will do something to help people instead of screwing them.

highly recommended ,helpful honest staff, and lowest rates in town. ALWAYS busy in office. they are NOT a phone agency, which means they DO NOT call, text,mail, email or fax you to remind you when your policy payment is due, refer back to your policy packet that you signed when you authorize your insurance policy account. best way to contact to them in walk-in.

They have a bad habit at giving payment information to you over the phone and then when you get there they'll tell you something totally different. On top of that they love making you think that you misunderstood what was said to you earlier when you clearly know what you're talking about. They can VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & DECEITFUL at times. Dang sure won't beat me out of nothing.

These people damn show don't care about the customers. they don't welcome you inside, but are abrupt to collect your money. I talked with a woman a month ago and he mentioned they always tagged him with late fees. I guess there's a benefit to not making customer calls as reminders since we hard working citizens can be overwhelmed with other issues and could forget.

I'm doing this review to wanr everyone who comes to this company. Please be aware that this company is not on your side when you come into a situation about your car. I was got into an accident. I was not at fault, but everyone knows how a - He say - she say conflict come into battle. I was suppose to have a woman (adjustor) named Tiffany to come look at my vehicle to see the damage and to consider it fixable or totaled right. Right okay. She never came. Instead I receive a phone call from her with little questions just license and if I drive the car. That was simply responded to. I had no chance to speak to her at all she quickly ended the call with a "Thank you. Bye" *hangs up*

Well even though I was not at fault they denied me that same day she hung up on me. I was NEVER told anything about that and she took a whole week for a piece a paper stating "This is not denying your vehicles repair"

Okay cool, we called to go further into it. We had to speak to someone higher because after calling the adjustor 5 times with no answer.

This man named David decided to argue about the situation and not giving us information we needed week before about the vehicle being denied its repair with no logical explanation of why. He also said that there is no option. I have to pay 500 deductible and pay the repair cost too!? I have never heard of paying a deductible and paying the repair cost too.

There is a lot more to the story but that's the short version and this is to warn y'all about accidents. Stay away from Safeway & Igo they do not care to help and will put you in a miserable situation this insurance company is fraud
