I am a client of this bank, I keep my bank account and a loan for a car, they lost my Title for a car and now they are transferring it to a car dealership and other credit bureaus, I asked the manager Ana to help me as I speak English badly, but refused me and said that they didn’t maybe! that is, she sees that I need elementary help in communication, and even this was refused!

Not terribly impressed. Not very customer focused. Web site is just ok. Customer support is hit or miss, mostly miss, and they often make promises to follow up -- and never do so. Very disappointing in that way.
