I would provide Ice Insurance Agency (Jake Ice) a 10-point rating if the scale went that high. I am a member of a 20 unit homeowners association (HOA) board of directors. A major insurance company did not renew our long-standing HOA insurance without notice, explanation, referral, or assistance. We found Jake by searching online along with three other agents. We provided detailed information about our property and organization to each. Two dropped out. One put together a quote with a premium that would cost 4x more than what he had been paying. Jake went far beyond the "call of duty."
