Lois and Dan before he retired have help me the last ten years. I have four houses in Surprise Arizona. They have always found us the best insurance that had the best coverage and prices. Ideal Insurance Agency have helped us find good repair men and good prices for other services. The reason is because they know the area and the people they work with. Pam and I have had no problems with the agency except, the phone system and contacting our agent. Need to simplify or re-designing it.
Also, My daughter who now lives in Arizona, tried to make contact and her call was never returned.

I have called this place twice and given them all my info with a promise of a call back. Never heard from her.. She completely ghosted me and did the same thing to my brother. Terrible.
