I really have a problem with them they are so quick to add late fees I have been diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease and things have been hard for me every month I'm late because I have to get meds and other things. I am trying to pay but sometimes the funds are not there until I get paid. No disrespect they can not offer you anything they just want the money. If you are concerned please help me so I will not have to cancel my policy

Terra and Carmen have been taking care of me since I first got my driver's license in high school. They are always so polite and helpful and I love that when I call in they automatically have my information come up and address me by name. Feels like a very homey and personal experience. They make me feel like I have my own personal team looking out for me on the best rates for my policy and I strongly recommend people let them work their magic for you! You never have to feel like you're talking to a stranger with them!

I wrote this review when I first got with insurance doctor. After a few years, I have received the worst customer service (Bonnie-at Chester location- disrespectful and unprofessional). Over the years when I have called in for information on numerous changes to my policy that I wasn’t made aware of, they make you feel like a burden for calling in and like you are inconveniencing them by asking they do their job. I highly recommend you stay away from Insurance Doctor and find an agent with your best interest in mind and knowledge of the insurance world. I got a much better price elsewhere.
