I'm 35yrs old I have been doing business with insurance doctor since 18yrs old my mom and entire family does business with insurance doctor since I was a kid and could remember. The girls there were always kind and respectful until the last past year or two some personal rumors about my life went public that they must have herd about and didn't like and have took it upon there selves at there job/place of employment where they feed there families to harass me! They have been extremely disrespectful and rude name calling. they have been playing with my policies offering me the highest paying ones letting me hear them talk about the things they are going to do to me because no one likes me I don't even know these people personally this is the opinion of me they have drawn up from things they have herd about me not there dealings with me which I am always respectful polite and nice even if they aren't the disrespect and harassment stops today I'm going to go as far as needed to make it stop I need higher up over top of Patty to reach out to me to get this issue resolved because Patty is not the answer she is part of the problem she sits back there like she owns insurance doctor faking like she is so nice and professional but she is not I have been watching her actions for almost 20 years it's her and another woman who intices the others to disrespect and play with hard working people just trying to get insurance on there cars. They have gotten to comfortable at there position where they think they can do people this way and I want something done about it immediately so can someone besides them in management reach out to me! Thank you!

They were responsible for me and had my back from the beginning of my policy. Started my policy and put them on automatic payments. I didn't know these types payment takes 3 to 4 days to clear in my account. They did not cancel me and waited to hear from me first to work things out. They were very professional, kind, polite and on my side. Here is some information when putting bills on automatic payments. It's just like paying your bills with a check that takes 3 to 7 working days before they pull the money from your account, so check your accounts before spending.

Marjorie has been amazing working with my mother to get insurance after her move to Virginia. She is incredibly patient and somehow endured more than 45 minutes on the call without ever sounding annoyed or impatient. She has truly made the experience much easier for my mom. I was notified on yesterday via email that my renewal for my car insurance was coming up soon & that I needed to call concerning the matter
Today when I called I spoke with a young (please excuse me I forgot her name) she gave me all the new info I needed, she was very polite & friendly (I know she is an asset to your company) the matter was taken care of in no time at all & it was definitely a pleasure to speak with her

I got in a accident almost 4 months ago and these people never fixed my car the claims agent isn’t returning my calls they sent me to somebody wayyyy in NC and they told me I have to go get my own police report which was suspicious to me… I have liability but they never investigated people that gets liability claims will never get there car fixed thru these people I feel like they are a scam and I can’t wait till the end of the month to drop this insurance company

Insurance Doctor - All the ladies are AWESOME especially Maryori she was very attentive and friendly. I walk in and feel as if I'm home, very friendly & make each customer feel important. I wouldn't recommend a better place to go get insurance. I promise you - you will stop in from time to time just to say HI to them! Keep up the good work ladies!!!!!!
