This broker has arranged all our insurance for a few years. We have a claim running and after several ignored emails we have just found out that they have been taken over. Apparently our business has been left with their previous partner and they can't access the records.
There has been no communication what so ever and our correspondence with the insurer is all in Spanish and not as originally set up in English.
