This was ,my first interaction with Lance which was based on the excellent reviews he received from some friends who are his clients. I was extremely pleased with Lance's services. He is an excellent communicator, is very knowledgeable about health care industry and stayed on top of the changes we had made to my insurance. I have been with Lance Harris Insurance Planning for a number of years. When asked to leave a recommendation I happily accepted. Lance has been more than just an 'insurance guy'. Each year Lance and I set a telephone date for when he can bring me up-to-date on the various medical insurance plans available to me. He always has my best interest at heart. If there ever is a question or situation I need help with, Lance has always assisted me or called the insurance company so that he can tell me exactly what is going on. Lance has patience when explaining the pricing structure of the plans available. He knows what I need from a medical insurance company. I'm 74 so having Lance and the right insurance company to fit all my medical needs is a high priority. I live on a budget and Lance always has that in mind. He is prompt when returning calls and always available for a phone date. I'm going on 10 years with Lance and would not want to even start looking for someone else. Lance is just very thorough, patient, knowledgeable and has a good heart! He really cares!

Lance has been very helpful to me with any questions and any problems I have had with any of my healthcare. I am 90 years old and although I am perfectly capable of dealing with most things myself, I find it very tiring and it is extremely important to have somebody to help me, when I get frustrated and unable to deal with the doctors or with my pain, he is always there and always available and always ready to help. I have recommended him to a number of my friends and I know that he can give them and anybody else he deals with the same kind of attention.
