Horrible, terrible customer service. Literally took two weeks for them to pick up my call. I've asked for them to email me important info about my policy 5 times and still nothing. Unfortunately I'm linked to them for now, I'm working on seriously never doing business with them again. Oh and their so called assistant left me a voice mail of her laughing uncontrollably, extremely unprofessional. Ugh!!!!
