I called Corbin in limbo with Medical and Covered CA. He answered the phone and immediately started helping me. WITHIN MINUTES we were on the phone with Covered CA and he was speaking their language. I just sat back, listened and watched the progress. After a few more QUICK phone calls to medical and a few other places I knew where I stood. He did in minutes what would have taken me hours and hours of frustrating back and forth.

Hours after calling Corbin I was finally able to use my benefits.

Corbin Ebert and his colleague, Jason are extraordinary. They stepped in to help me with an issue where insurance was refusing coverage for an expensive medical procedure, and they worked tirelessly for nearly two years to see that the matter was resolved.
