I have completed over 20 exchanges with IPA 1031 Group over the last 8 years. They have shown tremendous expertise in the property exchange arena. I have referred iPA 1031 to many friends to help them learn about investing in Delaware Statutory trust properties. One of the investors at the start of my relationship with IPA was my CPA. I asked him to study the tax opinion letter in the package. After studying it, he asked to see the rest of the offering and proceeded to invest with me on several other properties. I really like the management-free aspects of DST properties. I am invested in a wide range of properties from multi-family, med NNN leased, a U. of Kansas hospital, an Amazon fulfillment feacility etc Cory & Troy Thomas both have their law degrees coupled with decades of experience in the real estate investment world.
