This agency is the absolute best I've encountered since I've had my vehicle! Great rates even lower than the so-called "best" ones I was getting from another well-known company! And great service!

The person who makes all this work is the owner herself, Jackie Garcia who I find personable and caring; and amazingly she makes herself available to her customers within a few minutes of calling her office. In this time of AI voice systems and poor customer service that makes Jackie's agency a rare jewel!

Honestly I had no issues with Allstate, I got them when I relocated to GA in 2022. In 2023, I purchased a new car, I was told my insurance would increase by $5 or $10. I called them from the dealership because that was a one of the deciding factors in getting the car. Well, my insurance was raised about $30 and then every six months there was always an increase for something. My insurance was $232, and now it’s $341. How?! Why?! When I called they would give a bogus answer, “well insurance is high in Georgia.” Or “well it’s the type of car you have”. It was always something. I don’t have any tickets or accidents on my record and I’m over 40. There is no reason why my car insurance should be this expensive.

Recently there was a discrepancy in my payment resulting in me getting a $32 fee. Ok, whatever. I’m assuming they will take this fee from my automatic payment they withdraw each month. They withdrew my May payment and not the $32 fee. They then turned around and cancelled my policy over this $32 fee. Insert shocked face, cuz what?!

I called and spoke with Jackie herself to get an explanation. I also asked why didn’t they call about this $32 fee, because this office literally calls about every damn thing. I inquired about getting the policy reinstated because cancelling my policy over $32 when I’ve been a loyal customer paying my bill on time every month for almost 3 years is crazy. She said, she would reinstate the policy but I would have to pay a $600 down payment! Again, what?!!! I have never even heard of putting a down payment on an insurance policy. Also I have amazing credit. This was so insane to me. You all cancel my policy and want me to pay $600 to get it reinstated? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!

I will not tell you where to get car insurance from, but let me tell you what office to NOT GET IT FROM….this one. Save yourself the frustration.
