The customer service was amazing. They were very descriptive on all the specials they had in store options to purchase in store.Sonia was very informative on all items on sale for my daughter and son. She had a great smile which was infectious and put me at ease. Paula was at desk working and said if i needed help she can assist as well. Esmeralda was the person that helped me personally she was very personable and help me directly with my sons gold necklace that was damaged she gave me a timeline when it would be fixed. Overall i will be back to purchase items for my family.

My first stop before looking at four other jewelers! I returned to Jalisco’s because of the excellent quality, affordable prices and the variety of style and design of gold rings available! And equally important, the ladies who assisted me with my selection and purchase options were extremely courteous,
knowledgeable and patient as I decided and chose the perfect ring for my friend!

As soon as you walk in you will be greeted by a professional. Today I had the pleasure of getting helped by Sonia. I highly recommend requesting for her as she will be patient and answer all your questions. I came in to get a necklace and pendant , she showed a variety of styles. She guided me through the process and let me compare a few styles!

Very helpful ladies! We are having some rings sized - I’ve lost weight and my friend inherited hers - so we need quite a few pieces done. The ladies at Jalisco helped us find our new sizes needed, and made helpful suggestions about rhodium coating even. When returned, the rings fit perfectly and shine beautifully. They even made reminder phone calls to help us remember. Very professional. Great job!

I had the best experience here in this store. A lady named Esmeralda Rodríguez helped me. She was super nice and greeted me super nice as well! Will definitely come back again here just because her customer service was great.
