Alex was always available to speak to when I needed him and he followed through on appointments. He provided me services of patients, as he explained things well and when I had questions he answered them in different ways so I was confident in what State Farm had to offer. He provided me education and tools, he did this by teaching me how to use the website and how the functions of the program work. Alex also provided rapport and bonded with me. He got to know me, asked questions about me, we talked about things we’ll had in common and formed trust with me. This trust was not misplaced and I have been able to count on him from the beginning to end.
Alex provided Stand Up service and I would like to be able to communicate with him from this point moving forward. He provided me his phone number to I can text him during work hours. I hope other staff at your facility/company are as genuine, authentic, empathetic, compassionate, caring and helpful as he has been.
