We started looking for a home in summer of 2024 amidst a period of high market volatility and risk. Trying to evaluate our options on home lending and doing our own research, we ran into several contextual blockers on what we could and couldn't qualify for. When we had our introduction calls with James, he was very calm and knowledgeable on market trends. He was very responsive and patient with all of our questions.

The process was generally smooth. James had made an effort to check in with us multiple times to make sure everything was going according to plan. If aspects of the homebuying process deviated or changed (as they tend to do), James was quick to chime in and help out however he could.

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of anxiety choosing a loan officer and real estate agent. My biggest concerns were that these individuals would prioritize their outcomes over my own and wouldn’t take this process as seriously as I did (buying your first home is big deal!). The list of horror stories is endless.
