Adam was very professional reviewing our policy and describing the pros and cons of different products offered by State Farm. So I must start this off with I was impressed. So I had first called State Farm and talked to Richie like 2 years ago. I ended up going with a different insurance company at that time due to just personal reasons. He called me back and I told him I ended up goin with someone else so he was very polite and told me he would call back at a later date just to check in on me and see if he could help out at that point.

Well he did in fact call me and my family did actually change our coverage to a different company due to rates got out of hand. So I told him again I was sorry and he told me he will check back again and I said sure....why not?! I gave him props for trying even though I wasn't really planning on changing providers yet again.....

So 6 months goes by and sure enough Richie gives me a call to see how things are goin. At that point I just had to commend him and I gave him a chance to see what rates he could give me. Well, as of last night I now have coverage with State Farm and I 💯 give all the credit to Richie with his persistence in a very non annoying way lol. Most times you get those types of people that call you and annoy you. Richie is not that type of individual and I appreciated him enough to switch to State Farm. Thank you Richie and thank you State Farm!

I never leave a five star review of anything. For the reason that regardless of how shining of a performance any team gives, there is always room for improvement, invention, inspiration, and innovation. While I continue this practice, Adam caused me to grapple with my personal politics.
A major issue had arisen with my auto policy, which had put me in a position of distress. However, Adam, delved into the issue and got back to me with post haste & full detail of what had happened and a plan of action of how to address it.
The troop gets four out of five, but Adam gets four and three quarters out of five for outstanding service.

Addendum: Adam just called me to verify, clarify and update my policy information without any prompt on my part whatsoever.
Due diligence is not enough for Adam. To the point that I am forced to apply the fifth star in spite of my self.
