When we were rearended while parked by a USPS vehicle, Brandy took the lead, not only with dealing with the United States Postal Service but also in getting our car repaired in a timely manner so that we can travel back to Nebraska. During the long process, Brandy kept us updated on a regular basis. After many months of getting the run-around from the Postal Service, Brandy had American Family Insurance reimburse us for our expenses even though they weren't compensated by the Postal Service. Throughout the whole process, Brandy and the office of Jared Gibbs was diligent in keeping us informed getting us our compensation in a timely manner.
