Jarrod is an amazing Agent. I was switching agents as I moved from VA to WV and my current agent didn't insure WV. The first agent that I got when I moved to WV never reached out to me on my husband's license. Instead just canceled our policy without ever informing us. I reached out to Jarrod's office and was able to get it all taken care of and get my renters switched as well. On top of that, he was very hands on and in this day and age, it is nice to see the main guy be so hands on and not all about technology. Jarrod has went above and beyond to make the whole repair situation go smoothly when issues arose with the other vendors involved. He made calls himself, even from his personal phone, and kept me in the loop to make sure I knew what the next move was and how it was being done. I requested a printed insurance card for the car. He said he would have one for me when I could make it to the office.
