We went with State Farm so that we had a local agent. Both my husband and I have had perfect driving records for years. Shortly after going with Jason a Door dash driver hit the side of my husband's car as the door dash driver was driving way too fast and quickly changed lanes as everyone in the line was stopped at the light. Long story short State Farm said that John was in the wrong, which is contrary to what the police said. So State Farm canceled BOTH our cars insurances, even though I didn't do anything and have a perfect driving record, I am also canceled. We are EXTREMELY dissippointed in the Adjuster not only was he rude but not supportive and took the word of the Door dash driver. They canceled us both y saying "due to your driving record And the accident. We have no idea what "driving record" they are referring to. He hasn't had even a ticket in years, let alone an accident.

Between dealing with a total loss claim on my car and then figuring out coverage and transfers for our big move across country, Sol was a delight. We only spoke over the phone, but she was so pleasant and helpful - never made me feel like an annoyance or inconvenience...despite my (what felt like) million calls!! She was prompt and responsive and very good about following up. Great experience. If you can deal with her, do it. She'll take good care of you. Thank you, Sol!!
