Just moved to California and attempted to get a quote from this office for car insurance as I’m a current Allstate customer in another state.

Before being asked any questions, Andre quickly stated “just to let you know at this office we’re currently not writing any policies without home or renters insurance included” which is clearly an attempt to upsell to writing multiple policies vs just one.

If Andre had any sales abilities or tact he would’ve been able to ask discovery questions and eventually mention the fact that having bundled policies offers discounted rates & could perhaps be a better fit cost wise but instead he chose to be unprofessional and blunt.

He took what was a layup of a sale as a customer of Allstate already and instead ensured that I won’t be going with Allstate ever again. Please get Andre some training so he doesn’t cost you more potential customers or look into hiring his replacement.

I have always received help or information in a prompt manner. I have received calls from the office after my business was taken care telling me of more options available to me to consider for the future. The staff has always been friendly, respectful, and treated me like a person and not just another body that they have to deal with because it's their job

If I could give 0 stars I would been an Allstate customer for 18 plus years spoke to Julie or Julia on the phone she was rude and I’ve been paying monthly installments on our auto insurance she tells me today that I have to have all 6 months paid up front trying to say I had canceled insurance, I’ve been late a few times but always paid plus the late fees. And insurance wasn’t canceled,I will be taking my business elsewhere it’s a shame to be treated like this given me and my wife have been customers for many years.. bye!!

Very accommodating and I doubt I could find a better policy at my current premium. I work out of town and the office has helped me several times with policy changes and premium payments. I have full coverage with Allstate and my payment is so low that I know other adults who pay every month what my entire 6 month premium is.
