Jennifer Lee State Farm is exactly the type of person you want as an insurance agent. You are not just a customer to her. She cares deeply about each of her clients and looks after their best interests. She looks for ways to best protect her clients while balancing budgets. She is very accessible, a passionate advocate and knowledgeable about insurance products.
Also, Cassie Yi, who I work with, is a very kind and faithful person who cares about her customers. She met several agents within the same Statefarm, but was unable to find one who understood the customer's situation. It was great to finally meet someone who was very helpful and comfortable and pleasant to talk to over the phone, allowing her to comfortably ask questions about insurance.

I just switched my Auto, Home Owner's, and rental Insurance over to Jenifer Lee, at StateFarm. I would definitely recommend this insurance agency! She was able to save me over $1,000 per year on my Auto, Home Owner and Rental Insurance policies along with better coverage than what I currently have. I really don't know how to thanks Jennifer for all the hard work and patience she put into getting me the best offers and explaining in detail all of my options. I wouldn't recommend anyone but her for any home and auto insurance needs

I couldn't reach my agent on Friday 8/30/24, so I called another State Farm agent around the surrounding areas of Annandale. I talk to an agent by the name of Tabitha, and she answer all my simple questions. She was truly polite, courteous and knowledge of her job.
