Mrs. Marshelia Evans assisted me for the past few days with my insurance needs. Her customer service skills is beyond great or exceptional. She did all that she could to help me. Doesn’t listen to its customers or policyholders moved away last June they have been shown the deed without our name we still get bills do not go here for your insurance we call and to have our name removed was told it was and it still has not

Marsheila Evans, with State Farm in Evergreen, AL, is always ready to help me when I have a need or just have a question. She is so kind and very knowledgeable about all aspects of insurance as well as auto loans, etc. She is top notch when it comes to customer service!!
