My Husband and I have been with Allstate for a while now. We've never had any issues working with Jeremy and the discounts are amazing! Today we had the pleasure of working with Kimberly. Omg! She was a breath of fresh air! You can tell that she really enjoys her job but most importantly enjoys helping her customers! She was very patient with me and understanding. She was extremely helpful when it came to saving us more money. You can't beat that! We were able to accomplish everything we needed in a timely manner. Kimberly truly made my day. Jeremy and his team have always been very polite and professional since I started my auto policy through them about 18 months ago. This is a standard and expected practice in this industry, so you expect it when dealing with salespeople who's job it is to , well , sell you on their product or service.

Last year I was in a an accident that resulted in significant damage to my car. This was a first for me in the 25 years I've been driving. While I was not injured ( thankfully) I was pretty shaken up and assumed the worst when filing my claim. I've witnessed others have to battle their own insurance co. on top of all the fear and turmoil one goes through psychologically after an accident. I placed the call and was amazed at how easy it was to start the process of putting the pieces back together, all the while being treated with compassion and understanding. I can't stress enough how grateful I was to be treated like a human being and not a dollar amount. They even took time to follow up just to see how I was holding up. Perhaps there are others who take this approach to clients but all in all a rare find in a competitive industry Wichita doesn't exactly have a reputation for empathy. What a truly wonderful group of folks with Jeremy's team. Thanks again to the Jeremy Wilson crew for being a cut above what most of us have come to expect.

Jeremy and his staff are by far the most professional and friendly staff in the area. The team they have at his offices and the follow up they do with there customers is second to none. If I ever have any questions or need advice Mr Wilson has always been there to help me. After switching my home and auto to Allstate, my last insurance company owed me hundreds of dollars, Jeremy and his staff reassured me they would get me my money back and they did. 5 stars

Jeremy was diligent in pursuing the best price for my car insurance. He delivered the best quote and I made a switch. But Jeremy never contacted my previous insurance company to cancel the policy which I specifically asked him if I needed to do. The result was that I contacted my previous insurer after they charged my accounts again. That company made good on the charges, but I now worry that if I ever have a claim, I will be acting as my own agent. Oh and I did contact Jeremy's office and was told that they would have him contact me. I kind of expected an apology for the confusion. Never happened.

i love the company but if this is a rating strictly about Jeremy Wilson, i’d rather be honest and say I have never been able to get in contact with him although he’s my agent and has been my agent since i joined 7 months ago. I’d eventually have to call in and get in contact with someone else in order to get my issues(needing my insurance card mailed, trouble with drivewise app, needing to change auto pay date) resolved. I would always call and leave multiple voicemails and send him plenty of emails to no avail.
