For almost 20 years I have had insurance through Jodi at State Farm and it has been nothing short of fantastic. Met Jodi and Deborah back in 2021. Very personable and helpful. By far the best State Farm office I have encountered in the AA County area. Most times I speak with Deborah when I contact the office. I have been with State Farm since 1978 and have worked with 2 great agents until they retired. I didn’t think I would be lucky enough to find another agent that could compare until I found Jodi and her staff--the best yet! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide AWESOME customer service. Jodi and her staff are fantastic. I have multiple policies with Sate Farm (several auto, home, personal, etc) and anytime I need anything or have questions or concerns they are extremely prompt with providing detailed responses- normally within minutes. Jodi also reviewed my homeowners policy that I had set up with a previous agent and was able to save me some money by revising some coverage levels that were not needed.
