If you’re living in California, it is hard to find homeowners insurance, nowadays. I spent two weeks looking for an insurance company to cover my home and offer competitive rates, that I could afford. After much searching and finding rates, that were double what I was paying and about to give up, I found Mercury Insurance- John E. Peaked Insurance Agency. I was able to get the same, if not better, coverage than I had and, the annual premium was only $100.00 more, a year. My agent is Talia Delgado and she was great and very helpful. She answered my questions right away and handled this quickly and got a copy to my mortgage company, same day my coverage started. I’m thankful that Mercury Insurance, stayed with those of us in California and, they’re a name I can trust. Many of those online insurance companies were double, triple, the cost and, were companies I’ve never heard of. It’s easy to be loyal to a company, that is loyal to your state and you. Thanks to Mercury, John E. Peakes, and Talia.

She handled everything so smoothly and over the phone too! Talia was super respectful and kind she didn't make me feel like a bother or rushed like the previous company I dealt with. If you are looking for Mercury auto insurance I 100% recommend you applying with Talia and NOT with 'Vinsa insurance associates' Karina Fuentes was my agent there and she'd probably still be working on my application and stressing me out.

I worked with Talia when I transitioned from my family's policy to an independent policy. The biggest hassle was when my landlord gave me the incorrect address of my new place. However, Talia was extremely thorough, quick to reply to both emails and phone calls and the most patient person I've ever seen in my professional career.
