I don't ever write negative reviews, however I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from John Galt insurance. After countless attempts to address my concerns I felt completely neglected. Despite providing all the necessary documentation, I was met with indifference and delays by their legal representative, Mr R. Aboud. Instead of addressing my valid concerns, he trivialized my experience while showing lack of empathy and professionalism. It is unacceptable, especially from a company entrusted to provide support during difficult times. It was not until I escalated My concerns that I was given the necessary assistance.
I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone who values responsiveness, fairness, and respect. They seem quick to collect your premiums but seem unwilling to show common courtesy and kindness when it truly matters.

Need a Certificate of Insurance (COI)? Better start praying. It’s at least a two-week wait. Need something urgently? Forget it—three weeks minimum, and that's on a good day.

Insane insurance quotes? Oh, they’ve mastered the art of absurdity. Our auto insurance for just two trucks costs more than our warehouse rent. Let that sink in for a moment.

Expect fake promises? You’re in the right place. They’ve got those in bulk—free of charge.

And customer service? It’s practically non-existent. You’d have better luck trying to communicate with a brick wall.

Lord have mercy on anyone unfortunate enough to do business with this company. Save yourself the stress, the headache, and the never-ending wait times. You’ve been warned.
