Staff is amazing
They respond 24 hrs later if there is any repair needed . This is my second time renting from them and I have zero complaints. Very easy to work with and they are straight up. Would definitely recommend to others .

I have to say Mr Orem has been nothing but fair with me. I have rented from him for a little over 4 years now. i pay a fair price for a pretty nice home. My neighborhood isn't so bad either. As far as maintenance concerns go, any time i have an issue i just create a ticket on the website and it is addressed in a timely manner. This man has replaced my heat pump, dug a new water line, cleaned up monsterous trees from my yard, replaced my microwave, replaced my oven, repaired a flooded basement,(still waiting on carpet but i understand why) plus a few more little things. He is very Professional and does a great job as a landlord. i have ZERO Complaints. I think the bad reviews are coming from bad people. I have rented my entire life. I find that if you pay your bills and take care of the owner's property as well as you can, you usually have a good landlord. My personal opinion is the bad reviews are from "bad tenants". i hope this a helpful review for others. I speak the truth.

I rent from him never had a problem with maintenance or any of that. Don't know his history and not concerned with that but I will say they (John & Sher) will work with you as much as business will allow. Not sure why everyone gave low scores because I think the guy is awesome as a landlord! Anytime I have maintenance issues they are always taken care of very promptly and to date I have never NEVER received a maintenance charge. From my understanding the maintenance charge is for tenant caused issues only. Great job John I appreciate what you due as a landlord and business owner. Affordable and very professional. Definitely will continue to recommend to friends and family.

Good prices for a lot of room in bad neighborhoods.
BEWARE - They will try to squeeze every last penny from you!
When I moved in, the place was filthy, leaked, had carpet nails that stuck up, had a splinter-providing floor with nail heads sticking up, had some of the previous renter's belongings in the attic, basement, and bathroom, and had an electrical problem (flipping a bedroom light on would trip a fuse connected to several rooms).
During my residence, there were MANY issues. They responded to some right away and others took months. In the worst part of winter, my heater stopped working. This caused the pipes to freeze. They tried to blame/charge me.
Moving out, the house was left better than the way I found it (got rid of some of the previous junk, was slightly cleaner). They still charged me a cleaning fee, and made me pay for the entire last month, though I only stayed for half. The ceiling still leaked, the carpet nails were still sticking up, the floor still gave splinters and had nail heads sticking up, and the electrical problem was never addressed.
They took advantage of a desperate, disabled, single mom. I would not recommend this company.

I was very disappointed and will never rent from this company again (I wish I would have investigated a little bit more) First the house that we rented the floor was uneven and at some parts it felt that it was going to cave in. I called multiple times about this and of course nothing was done. The house was not painted or clean. The're holes all throughout the house (that I'm sure we got charge for when we didn't even do them) is a scam, their properties are all dingy and run down with no TLC what so ever. Oh and don't call for any maint issues because you will be charge $100 no matter what it is. I work in the same field and I have never seen a landlord act like this. He is a slumlord and if you can PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE stay away and if you don't believe me take a look at the properties that they offer! Yes, they are cheap but EVERYONE deserve a nice place to live and not this dumps of properties that he is allow to rent. One more thing our A/C wasn't working right and we call they came (after charging $100 to our account) and told us that the A/C needs replace and that we are responsible for the damages. I was like what? so I put my 30 days notice to vacate and left as soon as I could. Trust me with a little of time and a little more money you can find something WAAAYYYYY better. Good luck and don't rent from them if you can help it and if you do PLEASE document everything take pictures before you move anything in of the inside and outside of the house...ask around to city official, even they have nothing to say about this guy. One last thing Ashley she is an excellent manager (but she works for this scum bag). Ashley hope you found a better company to work for...

Very trustworthy and respectful to work with in several capacities. Very cordial, professional and courteous. Office personnel are friendly and helpful. Free parking and easy access. Call the office Monday-Friday for more information about buying or rental dwellings are sometimes available. You will be happy for sure.

Do not rent from these people unless you are used to living in a dump. You can't get them to fix anything! I'm so glad we backed out of this lease and found a beautiful place to live in the mountains!!!

They had a home listed for rent in June I filled out an application bc we were interested however after repeated emails and phone calls with no response I decided to go to their office to follow up and apparently my application was not approved but they were not able to tell me why. So I decided to go another route and I am thankful I did so anyone that reads our local newspaper will know why!
